From bestselling author Chantal Fernando, the second book in a sexy romance series featuring the bad boys of the Wind Dragons Motorcycle Club and the women who fall in love with them.Being the younger sister of a Wind Dragons MC member isn’t as great as you’d think it would be. I can’t escape the details of my brother’s exploits. No one tells me anything. Men who know who I am tend to stay away from me. And worst of all: the members of the MC are off-limits. When Arrow catches my eye, I make it my mission to make him happy again. When I fall head over heels in love with him, I just hope he will be there to catch me. And that my brother doesn’t kill him…

Anna doesn’t need a babysitter – even one as gorgeous as the muscular and brooding Arrow. Her older brother Rake has always looked out for her and doesn’t intend to stop just because she’s an adult. Things get complicated when Arrow, the brother Rake has looking out for his younger sister, just happens to be the same man who she needs protection from most.

Chantel Fernando knows how to write a steamy, exciting contemporary novel. Her characters are fun and entertaining – each with their own baggage and story to tell. The romance is sizzling with the pairings being somewhat unexpected yet the couples are perfect for each other. That’s not to say they are perfect. The flaws make them all the more compelling to read. After reading Arrow’s Hell I can definitely say I’m a fan of the Wind Dragon’s MC series.

Anna is a great match for Arrow. She’s a strong, intelligent and independent young woman with her mind focused on getting her PhD. But whilst her head might be logical, her heart is set on a bad boy alpha male with a shady history. Arrow is closed off to love but Anna is determined to get what she wants. He’s been hurt before and worries his past may come back to bite him and destroy Anna in the future.

The family dynamic was a great part of this book. Anna has her biological brother wanting the best for her whilst at the same time the bonds between Motorcycle Club brothers is tested. There’s also the added element of Anna being accepted into the club as Rake’s sister. The ‘brothers’ of the club are always entertaining to read about and it was lovely to check in with Faye and Dex from Dragon’s Lair. Anna’s best friend Lana was a great support as Anna tried to navigate trying to live her own life and being a part of the Wind Dragons. There’s some intergang rivalry which played out in a way which was both interesting and dramatic. The Wind Dragons are still involved in the more shady side of life yet I found it less confronting than in Dragon’s Lair. Anna’s acceptance of the club felt more believable than Faye’s and I found myself enjoying the story more because of this.

The romance is brilliantly woven into the story. Arrow may be a darkly dangerous and sexy alpha male but Anna can hold her own against the biker. Their chemistry is intense and I loved reading any scene they were together.

Arrow’s Hell is a brilliant continuation to the Wind Dragons MC series yet works perfectly as a standalone. The characters are engaging and the story compelling. Not to mention the red hot romance with a strong woman and devastatingly attractive leading man. Perfect for fans of sizzling adult contemporary romance.
